We are growing our implementation team and looking for people who want to take real ownership, work close to business decision-making, and help deliver high-quality ERP projects for ambitious Greek companies.

Due to the nature of our client base, daily communication, workshops, documentation, and business analysis are conducted in Greek. For this reason, this role is open only to Greek native speakers or candidates with native-level Greek communication skills.

The role

As an ERP Implementation Consultant / Business Analyst, you will own the functional side of our ERP projects from analysis to go-live.

You will work directly with the founder and Solutions Architect, turning business needs and solution designs into real, working systems. Your work will include business analysis, configuration, data migration, testing, user training and client communication.

You will be one of the key people our clients see, trust and call.

This role is ideal for someone who wants more than a standard consulting job. You will not be just another consultant inside a large machine. You will be joining an emerging team where your voice matters, your work is visible, and your growth can directly follow the growth of the company.

What you will do

• Run business analysis sessions with clients and translate requirements into clear solution designs.
• Configure core ERP applications such as Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting and Projects based on the agreed architecture.
• Plan and execute data migrations using our internal tools and methodology.
• Lead UAT cycles and train key users both on-site and remotely.
• Own functional documentation and contribute to the continuous improvement of our delivery methodology.
• Work closely with the founder on client workshops, project decisions and implementation strategy.
• Within your first year, participate in solution demos and pre-sales, with a clear path toward leading full implementations.

What we are looking for

• 3 to 6 years of experience in ERP implementation, business consulting or a similar client-facing role.
• Experience in the Greek ERP ecosystem, such as SoftOne, Entersoft, Epsilon, SAP Business One or similar, is highly valued.
• Strong client-facing maturity. You can run a workshop, structure a discussion and present confidently to business owners, CFOs and operations teams.
• Solid understanding of Greek business processes. Familiarity with accounting flows and myDATA is a strong plus.
• You already use AI tools in your daily work and want to join a team that is being built around smarter, AI-enabled ways of working.
• Native-level Greek communication skills, both written and spoken, are required. Professional English is also required.
• Prior experience with Odoo is welcome, but not required. We will train you and pay for your official certifications.

• Python knowledge.
