We are seeking a motivated Odoo Business Analyst with a passion for deeply understanding, effectively analyzing, and continuously learning business processes, who will excel in our fast-paced, collaborative environment.

As a Business Analyst, you'll be the crucial link between our clients and technical teams, translating business needs into optimal Odoo solutions. You'll be responsible for ensuring that the Odoo system configuration perfectly aligns with clients' business goals and operational requirements. You'll play a central role in the successful implementation of Odoo projects, capturing user requirements, analyzing business processes to identify gaps, and designing solutions that empower clients to digitally transform and work more efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing client needs, including recognizing and filling any gaps
• Identifying potential risks and designing optimal Odoo solutions
• Implementing agreed solutions and configurations
• Managing the full Odoo project lifecycle from analysis to go-live
• Collaborating across teams for project success
• Providing expert functional training and support to empower clients
  
  

Must Have

• ERP experience with a focus on business analysis, business cases, and user stories
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-driven, assertive, and proactive approach with a high level of autonomy and responsibility
• Strong time management and planning skills
• Effective collaboration skills with teams and clients
• Ability to understand and learn about different industries and business processes
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English
  
  

Nice to have

• Bachelor/Master in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field
• Affinity with the IT world
• Experience with Odoo platform
• Experience with Business Process Management
• Experience with modeling tools (e.g., UML) and productivity/PM platforms (e.g., Jira)
• Skills in Data modeling and Database concepts
• Certification in a specific domain or industry
• Familiar with Lean Management concepts
