Odoo Developer - ERP/Python

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Developer to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo ERP modules, with a solid understanding of business processes and technical best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy new Odoo modules and custom functionalities.
• Customize and maintain existing Odoo modules based on business requirements.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and APIs.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Odoo performance and code quality.
• Work closely with functional consultants to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain version control (Git).
• Prepare technical documentation for developed features and solutions.
• Support upgrades and migrations between Odoo versions.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3 - 4 years of hands-on experience with Odoo (v13 or above).
• Strong knowledge of Python, XML, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Odoo ORM, API integration, and module development.
• Familiarity with Linux environments and server deployment.
• Understanding of business flows like Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and Purchase.
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  
  

Good To Have

• Experience with Odoo.sh or Docker deployments.
• Knowledge of frontend frameworks (React/Vue/OWL).
• Contribution to Odoo Community or open-source projects.
• Certification or proven expertise in Odoo Enterprise editions.
