Role Overview:
Cartlow is looking for a hands-on, data-driven Business Analyst to support our growing marketplace and retail operations. You will work closely with Retail, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to analyze performance, optimize processes, and enable smarter decision-making across the business.
This role is ideal for someone who understands ecommerce, inventory dynamics, and marketing performance metrics—and can turn data into clear business actions.
Key responsibilities:
Business & Data Analysis
- Analyze daily business performance across GMV, conversion, pricing, inventory, returns, and SLA metrics.
- Build reports and dashboards to support leadership decisions.
- Identify gaps and opportunities to improve growth, margin, and customer experience.
Retail & Inventory Analysis
- Work closely with the Retail team to evaluate stock health, availability, pricing strategy, and sell-through trends.
- Provide insights on category performance, aging inventory, and replenishment needs.
Marketing Performance Analysis
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to analyze campaign performance, CAC, awareness, and ROI.
- Support marketing decisions with audience insights, funnel metrics, and attribution analysis.
Requirement:
Experience & Background
- 2–4 years experience as a Business Analyst (ecommerce/marketplace preferred).
- Understanding of retail or marketing performance metrics.
- Background in business, analytics, operations, or product environments.
Technical Skills
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets
- Experience with BI tools (PowerBI, Data Studio, Tableau is a plus)
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability
- Basic SQL
- Knowledge of marketplace systems or Odoo is a plus
