*Job Summary*
We are seeking a *Mid-Level Odoo Developer* to join our growing tech team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo ERP modules to support business operations across departments such as Sales, Finance, HR, Inventory, and CRM. You will work closely with functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules (Community & Enterprise).
- Customize existing Odoo applications (Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, HR, etc.).
- Design and develop new Odoo modules based on business requirements.
- Integrate Odoo with third-party systems via APIs (REST, XML-RPC).
- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented Python code.
- Create and customize QWeb reports, dashboards, and workflows.
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Collaborate with Functional Analysts, Project Managers, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in system testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Ensure data security, access rights, and system integrity.
*Required Qualifications*
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience as an Odoo Developer.
- Strong experience with *Python* and *Odoo ORM*.
- Solid understanding of *PostgreSQL*.
- Experience with Odoo backend and frontend development.
- Good knowledge of *XML, QWeb, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript*.
- Experience with Odoo versions (v14, v15, v16 or later).
- Familiarity with Linux-based environments.
- Experience with Git or similar version control systems.
*Nice to Have*
- Experience with Odoo.sh or cloud deployments.
- Knowledge of business processes (Finance, Sales, HR, Supply Chain).
- Previous experience in ERP implementations.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
