We’re looking for an Odoo consultant to join our client’s team on an ambitious digital transformation project. You’ll play a key role in translating business processes into a fully tailored Odoo environment, shaping how users manage their operations through a modern, integrated system. Role & Responsibilities
You will work closely with stakeholders to analyze existing workflows and convert functional requirements into Odoo configurations and solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Translating As-Is / To-Be functional documentation into Odoo business processes
- Configuring required Odoo modules such as CRM, web integration, notifications, and industry-specific features
- Setting up and managing:
- Asset and listing prospecting
- Data entry and record maintenance
- Website publication through web services
- Status tracking and automated notifications
- Mapping integrations (e.g. with external mapping services)
- Developing custom features when needed using Python and XML
- Handling data migration from legacy systems
- Designing and implementing automated workflows (approvals, alerts, validations, etc.)
The Ideal Candidate
You are a functional-technical consultant who enjoys bridging business needs with technical solutions. You bring:
- Solid experience with Odoo configuration and customization
- Knowledge of Python, XML, and business process modeling
- Experience with system integration and data migration
- The ability to understand complex business needs and translate them into practical solutions
- A proactive attitude and comfort working independently in a project environment
