Inventa Innnovation Information Technology (Inventa IT) is looking for a Project Manager who can lead multi-site network and infrastructure upgrade projects. The role focuses on hands-on work (on-site), planning, deployment, vendor coordination, and delivering a stable and secure network environment. ERP experience is preferred if available.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage network and infrastructure deployment across multiple sites
- Coordinate with hardware vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Oversee installation of firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi, VoIP, CCTV, and cabling
- Ensure proper network segmentation, security policies, VPN links, and connectivity
- Document configurations, network diagrams, and deployment plans
- Monitor project timelines, costs, and deliverables
- Coordinate site access, installation schedules, and contractor work
- Conduct post-deployment testing and handover
- Support ERP readiness (optional but preferred)
Skills:
- Network and infrastructure project coordination
- Strong understanding of enterprise hardware and security solutions
- Ability to manage onsite work and multiple deployment phases
- Familiarity with structured cabling, VLANs, firewalls, VoIP, and CCTV setup
- Experience with Fortinet, Cisco, Ubiquiti, or similar
- Experience in manufacturing or multi-site environments
- Exposure to ERP implementation projects (Odoo, Oracle, SAP, etc.)
- Basic understanding of ERP environments (preferred)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in IT or Computer Science (Masters is a bonus)
- 5+ years of UAE experience in IT and Networks
- Strong knowledge of network systems, infrastructure & cloud
- Excellent leadership & communication skills
- Ability to work onsite
- Multi-lingual (Arabic or Russian is a plus)
